CLAMIDIOSIS AND UREAPLASMOSIS AT MOTHERS AND THE BIRTH OF CHILDREN WITH ILLNESS OF DOWN

Sokolova T.A.
The set of symptoms of Down or set of symptoms of a trisomy of 21 chromosomes have been described in 1866 J.Down. The set of symptoms is characterized by a mental retardation, a hypomyotonia, the flat person, congenital heart diseases, a gastrointestinal path, presence of a trisomy 21 Pair of chromosomes. It is observed regular and tesselated forms of a trisomy - 21. Population frequency 1:700; 1:750.

Questions of preventive maintenance of congenital developmental anomalies of a fruit and chromosomal illnesses of the person, most often of which the syndrome of Down is, cost(stand) in a number of problems genetic service.

In structure of congenital desease and death rate the important place belongs to intra-uterine infections. Densities of different infections in occurrence of an intra-uterine pathology of a fruit is various, thus, frequency of infectious diseases of mother is not in a direct communication with frequency of defeat of a fruit. Therefore development of measures of the certain preventive maintenance of infectious diseases has the main value in protection of a fruit. Infections concern to biological factors of induced mutations in germinal cells. Influence of biological factors is traced through pathogenic effects on chromosomal and genic mutations.

The purpose of our research was studying frequency of presence of an antigene Chlamidia and Ureaplasma at genetically healthy mothers which pregnancy was finished by birth of the child with illness of Down.

Methods were used: Immune, fermental on a firm phase "Elisa", modified, for definition: concentration of antibodies of a subclass of M and G in whey; concentration of an antigene in urethral and вагинальном secrets; method of cultivated leukocytes of peripheral blood of the person (Hungerford Netall 1965), modified.

We carry the retrospective analysis of genetic cards of 56 families in which children with illness of Down were born. They were included in 1 group. Accordingly in control group (2 gr.) has come 56 families having healthy children.

Сhlamidia at 1 group was present at 15 person - 25,9 of %, from them sharp process was at 3 pregnant, and Ig G in a high credit was found out at 10 pregnant, in 18 % of cases.

In control group presence Chlamidia was found out in 11 cases of-27,5 %, from them sharp process was at 7 % of infected and 18 % had chronic current infections without activity.

Ureaplasma-the antigene was found out in researched group in 14 cases of-27 %. In control group the share infected has made 12,5 %.

Thus, the attention a significant share pays to itself: In 1 group the significant amount pregnant, infected with an antigene Ureaplasma is revealed. In 2 group this quantity is much lower.

Significant distinctions in a share of defeats of Chlamidia among pregnant 1 and 2 groups it was not revealed.
