The aim of the investigation is to reveal the disturbances of the mineral metabolism state in patients with severe psoriasis forms (psoriatic arthropathy, erythrodermatic and exudotive psoriatic forms).
We have examined 18 patients with the severe psoriasis forms morbidity from town Kursk and 15 ones from town Zheleznogorsk Kursk region. The potassium and atrium contents in the biological medium have been determined with standardized clinical methodic. We have revealed the increased indices of the potassium and natrium contents in the blood serum and urine during the developing morbidity stage with no significant improvement in the time of the in-patient department treatment.
The moderate tendency toward the normalization of the investigated electrolytes concentration has been registered in patients at the regressive stage (after the treatment). The mineral metabolism indices normalization has been occurred rather intensive in Kursk citizens.
Thus the revealed stable divergence of the investigated mineral metabolism indices in patients with severe psoriasis forms after stresses caused by various factors including exogenous ones can be a source of the pathological process in skin. Consequently the appointment of the drugs with pharmacological effect to the internal homeostasis with mineral metabolism improvement will be conducive to the recovering of patients and their life quality increasing.
